    We’re really sad that you want to cancel your order. You may cancel an order by contacting us via email or telephone.

    Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team.

    Before Shipment

    Within 12 hours: no processing fee will be charged.

    After 12 hours, before shipping: 5% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee.

    After Shipment

    To request an order cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer needs to pay a 10% restocking Fee.

    The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200. Magicycle will provide a return shipping label, and the designated transport company will collect the return package. The customer may also choose to self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.

  • 2.I'd like to change my order


    Before shipping

    1) If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or postcode, we can make this amendment free of charge.

    2) To change a bike or accessory on the order to a different color or product, please contact us, we are here to help.

    After shipping

    1) If we are not able to directly amend the address, we are able to pass this information to the courier prior to them delivering your order. A $20 fee will apply when the amendment is successful.

    2) If the order has been delivered to the original address successfully, a $150 fee will incur for amendments.
