Delivery

We'll show you your current delivery options at checkout. Subject to the time of your order and where you want delivery, these options will include:

FREE standard delivery within Mainland US (3-7 working days). There is an additional $500USD shipping fee per bike shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska, and an additional $99 USD shipping fee per accessory shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

The pre-sale products will be processed asap during the estimated time span.

Please note: if we're out of stock of an item but getting more in, we indicate on the product page how soon we can dispatch for delivery to you. In this case please go ahead and order, we'll contact you later to confirm an exact delivery date.

 

Delivery Information

Where do you deliver to?

At present, we can deliver orders exclusively to Mainland US. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to FPO/APO addresses and PO boxes at this time.


Delivery Times

The expected delivery day for your order will be communicated to you on the product page after entering your post code. This will then be confirmed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.

Please provide a valid mobile phone number and or email during checkout process we can notify you of your delivery status.

 

Delivery Amendments

If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or post code and we haven't sent your tracking number, we can make this amendment free of charge.

If we are not able to directly amend the address, we are able to pass this information to the courier prior to them delivering your order. A $20USD fee will apply when the amendment is successful.

If the order has been delivered to the original address successfully, a $150USD fee will incur for amendments.

There may have 1% rate that the products are broken during shipping. If that happens, please contact our customer service immediately.

 

Track Your Order

You can check your order even if you aren't a registered Magicycle user. You just need your email and order number.
