To make a great Cruiser even better, Magicycle has tweaked the highly touted motor/battery power combo. and according to the latest adjustment technology, the torque is adjusted to 96 NM of torque, approximately equivalent to the torque of an 800cc motorcycle. Upgraded Frame
The Magicycle Design Team has worked long and hard to provide a frame that is comfortable, more rigid, strong and safe. As a result, the tube walls are as thick as 0.17 inches and the frame will not shake in sudden braking or steep downhill braking. That’s added safety for Ocelot riders, and stepping through this frame requires only 15 inches.
Hydraulic Suspension Fork
This very effective suspension fork utilizes hydraulic dampening to smooth out the bumps and potholes. Combined with the 4” fat tires, riders get a very stable and comfortable ride, taking on highway or forest trails with equal ease.
Redesigned Battery
Magicycle has opted to put a newly designed battery on the Ocelot, and it is absolutely awesome. As you see above, it is beautifully integrated in the Ocelot frame. This battery provides a whopping 750 watts (nominal) of power with 52 volts and 20 amp-hours. Ocelot riders will enjoy an extended range of up to 80 miles, depending on rider weight, wind speed, terrain, and pedaling effort.

A quick way to tell if an electric bike company cares about the quality of their frames is to look at how messy or clean the welds look. It won't tell you the whole story, but it will let you know if the ebike was cheaply or carelessly manufactured. Some brands are not willing to provide wages adequate to attract the better welders that know how to do it right. This new battery is much easier to remove for charging as it comes out of the center of the frame. For added convenience, there is no need to fold the bike to access the battery.
