5 star!!!

I wrote a 5 star review for this Cruiser Pro. As an older rider, this bike was perfect for me. The first thing I liked about this bike is that it is very fast and can go on all terrains. It also has plenty of power, and can takes any roads and hills. Now I can climb steep hills with ease. It is really fun to ride. I'm looking forward to a lot more riding and fun.

The bike meets my needs.

I ordered my Cruiser Pro last month because gas prices have been going up and my old truck needed less time on the road. I work 4.5 miles from home, with lots of hills. Riding a conventional bike left me drenched in sweat by the time I reached the office. With an electric bike, I can enjoy an easy ride. Even riding my bike to work every day has saved me a lot of gas. Since I received it, I have put over 300 trouble-free miles on my cruiser. This bike meets all my needs in terms of fuel-free transportation.

So far so good

It's hard to determine how good a bike is until it gets used more often. This is the only reason I indicated 4 stars. I've only ridden the cruiser pro three times, 10 miles each time, and so far, no problems with the bike. It performs very well. I don't usually use assistance mode and will definitely need to get used to it next. It has the ability to climb high hills due to the powerful motor. I have a bad knee, so it helps a lot.

Plenty of Power

The bike was boxed up and protected very well. But it still some minor imperfections. There are a few very minor scratches on the rear wheel motor and some of the spokes. I am still usually very picky about these. I enjoy cycling for exercise and recreation, but would like to try an ebike to help battle the hills and headwinds at times. I also wanted it to allow me to ride easily without assistance and look like a regular bike. So far, I've ridden the Cruiser Pro for 40 miles and have used the assist mode about 40% of the time. I found it easiest for me to maintain 15-18 mph. It also had enough power to help me fight the hills and headwinds. Overall, I'm happy with my ebike.

Solid Ebike

Over the past few years, I've rented a few ebikes and had a lot of fun. I think I just retired and have the time, it's time to get back to regular riding. My area is hilly and we live at 5000FT elevation, so many of the roads and trails require quite a bit of effort to navigate. Having ridden the Magicycle Cruiser Pro, I hadn't found a hill I couldn't handle with this ebike. I often do 25-40 mile rides and the exercise is enough and not too tiring for me. The bike feels solid, brakes are excellent, and shifting a breeze. Love my new bike!

Fun bike

I've had the Cruiser Pro for about a month. This is a terrfic ebike. Most of the places I ride are gravel roads and unpaved trails. The wide tires provide a solid ride on the road. It also have plenty of power and excellent battery life. The ease of riding the bike is wonderful and the ride is comfortable. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking to purchase an electric bike.

An Enabling Bicycle!

The bike is fun to ride and had plenty of power when I need it and also gives me a workout when I don't lean too much on pedal assist. I can give four stars because the bike is a blast! I highly recommend Magicycle bikes!

Magicicle Awakened my inner child! That Kid inside of me!

I recently purchased two Cruiser Pro bikes. I have been riding my Step-Over to work every single day. That is a total of 14 miles round trip. When I was little, I always had several bicycles. After many, many years of not owning one, now "Riding an Electric Bike" has awakened my inner child again! I am extremely happy! Thanks to the great team standing behind this great company!

A Real Mover

After several days of 5-10 miles trial runs, I can say this will handle anything I need. Much to easy to break 20mph even with the speed set at 20. Handles long 6% and moderate 10-12% hills without issue .oday after a7.5 mile run, pavement, hills, gravel trails, grass fields, came home with battery @ 92%. My only Con.. at 5'8 1/2, at 77 YO I need to be a bit taller. IMO, if you are under 5'9", get the mid Step Thru model.

Almost 67. Riding again

My cruiser pro has 350 miles after 5 weeks. No mechanical issues. It makes me want to ride and at my pace. I've had a knee replacement so this is perfect. I just keep a nice medium pressure on peddles and get a ton of exercise! taking to florida this winter. Great bike!

The Old Man and The MagiCycle Pro

JUST GOT IT 2 DAYS AGO! I ruptured my achilles tendon so had plenty of time to research over the last couple of months. The main reason was the bike and the other main reason was the customer support. I got the Pro version. I'm not much into branding and just like the stealthy look so I removed the stickers. Main reasons why I chose this bike...it's beefy, integrated taillight, ability to configure the assist power at every PAS level, it's 52V, the pro version so all the best of the regular cruiser with the new upgrades and so many more reasons. The brakes are AMAZING. This bike has everything you need and more. Next, the customer support is amazing. I was able to communicate and ask questions easily on their website chat, they answered all questions and made me feel at ease. I even got to know some of them by name. Yao and Mel are great! My achilles is not even fully healed but I had to take it for a spin and its wonderful.
