By the end of September this year, all of our first batch had been sold out. As a budding company that has been trying to expand our business in the US for a very short time, we feel sincerely grateful that so many customers chose to trust us and let our products become their first choice in e-bikes. It was their positive and precious reviews and comments on various social media platforms that attracted more and more new customers to click in our website and grab their bikes in October. Due to the global issue that nearly all the ports are over visited and delay just happens everyday, our second batch eventually showed up in our warehouse in Ontario CA. in late October. And recently many customers receive their long-anticipated bikes successively and have a nice ride on it already. We notice that most customers simply love our bikes and post so many favorable reviews on different platforms. We almost feel overwhelmed by these delightful remarks that encourages us to keep working hard to provide better and better products and services.
However, despite most of the positive and satisfactory feedback, sometimes problem happens and it’s normally caused by FedEx’s mediocre delivery service. Considering this can affect our customer’s experience using our product, we are willing to help our customers address these problems as we can. And this reminds me of one customer’s review and I’d like to share it here.
One customer received his bike and loved it but he found that the battery didn’t work well so he turned to our post-sale service. It turned out that the battery inside might get damaged during FedEx’s delivery. Even this is the first time that we encountered such a problem, we made prompt response to him and provided our solution. However, he was dissatisfied with our first solution and then we reflected on ourselves and put ourselves in his position, who waited for a considerable period of time and anticipated to get a brand new, intact, and well-operational bike. Therefore, we adjust the solution until the customer was satisfied. And today I’m so glad to see on Facebook that this customer shared his positive review about our e-bikes and our post-sale service. It brings great feelings when your efforts pay off.
