It’s a big bike for me because I’m 4’11, and I could really feel it propel me forward just at PAS 1. I can’t flat foot it, but I can tippy toe it. People were complaining it didn’t go 120 miles. You have to stay in PAS 1 and not throttle. The point of an e-bike is to get exercise. I went 20 miles until it finally went down to 98%. Now I can freely go get tacos and not worry about charging the bike in between rides.

Test drove them and the wife and I really liked the way they rode through the different peddle assist. I really liked how you can program power output to the PAS system. The only issue I had was one of the bikes had a gear shift issue which I adjusted it and got it to shift through all seven gears. I believe that they will be great bikes.
It gets used whenever on back of camper or vehicle and It works beautifully. Only have one bike, but use extra bungee around middle to cinch up and keep from blowing around. Keeps bike clean and dry. Highly recommend
I received my bike in a very secured packaged box. So many zip ties and packing materials to count. Took a while to unpackage however the results were nice.
Not one blemish or scratch upon the product.
Assembly; went pretty good. Only concerns were threads on the cranks for the pedals and pre-installed allen screws for back rack were torked way to much.
Ist ride went great. However, battery usage went down immediately. Even going down hill.
I considered turning back on a 10 mile trip but keep going forward instead. It turned out alright. I wasn't stranded with a 100 lb bike to push for miles. I think it's about breaking it in and knowing about the dynamics.
$2000, 45 miles per full charge at 25mph of minimal effort top speed with a 4 hour full charge time. 400 lbs of payload. If you can walk a mile in about 15-20 minutes it might be worth your time to learn how to ride one of these things in a safe manner. If you can pedal, then you’ll have 25 miles of one way commute range. Get your kid one when they are 12, and they have upgradable transportation for years. I have really enjoyed it so far. I put a cooler in it and I'm guessing it weighed around 70 pounds. It tracks very well behind the bike. It definitely gets a lot of looks. I'll be using it for hunting deer in the coming week's and I think it will work great.

Purchased 2 Ocelot Pro Long Range for my wife and I. Delivery took several weeks due to the color we wanted being out of stock. Received multiple emails regarding tracking once the order was fulfilled. I contacted customer service several times asking for updates and generally recieved replies with 12 hours. Assembling the bikes took 45 minutes to an hour. Fairly easy if you're mechanically inclined but detailed instructions (video or otherwise) would be helpful. Had concerns about missing accessories I purchased, but they arrived in separate shipments within days of bikes being delivered. As for the bikes themselves, they seem to be sturdy and powerful. I'm a fat guy (300+ lbs) and I was curious how the bikes would perform going up hills. I've gone up several steep hills in our neighborhood and the motors perform well, not dropping below 10 mph, so I'm happy so far. Will be going on a longer ride soon, so will be interested to see what the battery life will be. Overall, and so far, I give the Ocelot Pro 5 stars for comfort, power and usability. I purchased the deluxe accessory pack and am happy with most of the items for what I paid. Only complaint is the 25L bag for rear rack doesn't really fit for the rear rack on the Ocelot Pro. Overall, customer service has been great so far. This bike opens up so many more trails and terrain for us than a conventional bike!
This is a decent starter bag for the price. It is pretty spacious, with the 2 drop down saddle bags. Also can unzip top for additional height in main storage compartment. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that I can't understand why Magicycle would bundle this in a package for an Ocelot Pro. The 2 straps underneath to attach it to the rack are way too short. Please don't package this bag in an accessory pack for Ocelot Pro! Not sure if other models would have the same problem, just be aware that it may not fit your bike.

I use the rear rack all the time. It’s strong enough to carry a heavy load of groceries or my work bag without any wobbling.
