What’s the Difference Between the Magicycle Deer and Magicycle Deer 2.0?
Magicycle Deer 2.0 is the next iteration of the Magicycle Deer, featuring dual sensors (cadence and torque), an optimized 1800W peak motor, a top speed of 32MPH, an 8 gear cassette, and a new welding technique that eliminates visible weld joints. It also comes with an upgraded power system for improved range and brand new colors.
What's Switchable Sensor?
Magicycle Deer 2.0 features switchable dual sensors, including both a torque sensor and a cadence sensor. You can easily switch between them on the go by pressing the “i” button on the handlebar for 2 seconds, allowing you to choose which sensor best suits your riding style.
What's Torque Sensor?
A torque sensor measures pedaling force and adjusts assistance accordingly, creating a smoother, more responsive and intiuitive ride that matches your effort and enhances overall performance.
Is a Torque Sensor E-bike Necessary for Me?
If you’re looking for a more natural riding experience and extra exercise benefits, a torque sensor e-bike is the way to go. It adjusts power based on your pedaling effort, giving you a smoother ride and a more intense workout. This means better control and less fatigue, especially on varied terrain. Either way, the Magicycle Deer 2.0 is equipped with both sensors, providing two distinct pedal assist experiences, so you don’t have to choose one over the other.
Do you need a Full Suspension on an Electric Bike?
Consider the type of terrain you'll be riding the most. If your trails are rough, rocky, rooty, or steep, then choosing a full-suspension mountain bike could be the right move. If your goal is to descend as fast as possible, a full suspension will provide more traction and control, and provide more line options. Full-suspension electric bikes are also a good option for those whose hunts or backcountry adventures take them to the top of a mountain or rocky hill.
What is a full-suspension e-bike?
A full-suspension electric bike has both the front fork suspension and a rear suspension shock. Both shocks work together to absorb most of the rocks, bumps, and uneven terrain and the vibrations that come with them. The absorber makes for a much more comfortable ride and more efficient on rougher terrain.
Is a Full Suspension E-Bike Necessary for Me?
If you ride on rough trails or uneven roads often, a full suspension e-bike is essential. It absorbs shocks, reduces fatigue, and delivers a smoother, more comfortable ride, every time.
Is a full suspension e-bike good for long rides?
One benefit of a dual suspension bike is its ability to absorb shock and vibration from rough terrain, providing a much smoother ride than a hardtail bike. So you can ride for long periods without experiencing discomfort or fatigue, allowing you to explore more of your destination.
