By participating in the contest, you grant Magicycle permission to utilize your photo/video in various promotional materials, including but not limited to newsletters, emails, website, printed materials, and social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Our team may make slight adjustments to the photo/video to ensure it fits appropriately on our platforms, marketing materials, or email newsletters. It's important to note that entering the contest does not guarantee that your photo will be showcased on Magicycle's channels. Magicycle reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend any photo submission period at any time and for any reason.

3. All entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Please refrain from submitting photos taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole copyright owner of any image submitted. By submitting the photo and entry form, you guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.

4. These terms and conditions shall be beneficial and binding upon the parties involved, including their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns. By submitting a photo, entrants grant Magicycle staff the right to publish the submitted photo(s), entrant's name, and the name and/or location of the subject in the photo/video. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original, have not been previously published, and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and will abide by all official rules.

6. The decision of Magicycle in all matters relating to the rules and administration of this photo submission contest shall be final.
